A Sunday morning

what these little hands prefer–

coffee and not paint

I could tell you 1482 reasons why I’m not in the mood today. I could put one spin on it to make it sound like insurmountable obstacles have crossed my path. Another spin and it’s just mundane life doing its thing as it always does. I’m going to spare you both versions. You’re welcome.

Missing a day wouldn’t be the end of the world, but, for me, the 31 is about forming a habit, and I’m too far in to get off the wagon now. I just barely got this little nuthatch on the paper. I wanted him to be hopeful even though perhaps a little tired. How did I do?
