“Simplicity” 4×4, oil on canvas, $80.00
A couple nights ago I made dinner with only ingredients I already had– imagine that! Today I painted one flower instead of several. Yesterday, I relished in the joy that is a perfectly full tube of cad yellow paint, even though it wasn’t my usual brand.
Last night we made a camp site at home. Fire, tent, camp chairs. It was heaven.
I’m eager to not have to simplify anymore, but I hope I’ll still hold onto it even when it isn’t required of me.
