No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility
The Denise Hopkins Fine Art Monthly Art Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Denise Hopkins Fine Art and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter
To enter, you must be an active subscriber to the Denise Hopkins Fine Art email list by 11:59 PM Central Time on the final calendar day of the applicable monthly giveaway period.

Already on the email list? You’re already entered. Existing active subscribers are automatically eligible each month and do not need to enter again. New subscribers may join through the Denise Hopkins Fine Art email signup form. There is one entry per eligible subscriber.

Subscribers who have unsubscribed or whose email address is otherwise inactive at the close of the giveaway period are not eligible for that month’s drawing.

Giveaway Period
Each monthly giveaway begins when that month’s featured prize is announced and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on the final calendar day of that month, unless otherwise stated.

Prize
One winner will receive the artwork or art print identified for that month’s giveaway. The prize and its retail value may vary from month to month. No cash substitution is available. Denise Hopkins Fine Art may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible active subscribers after the monthly giveaway period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible subscribers at the time of the drawing.

Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified at the email address associated with their subscription. The winner must respond within seven (7) days. If the potential winner does not respond within that time, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, another winner may be selected at random.

Shipping
Denise Hopkins Fine Art will pay standard shipping to the winner at an eligible U.S. mailing address. The winner’s mailing address will be collected solely for the purpose of delivering the prize.

Email Subscription
Entry is tied to active membership on the Denise Hopkins Fine Art email list. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. An email address that is not actively subscribed when the monthly giveaway period closes will not be eligible for that month’s drawing.

General Conditions
Denise Hopkins Fine Art reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration or fairness of the giveaway.

Privacy
Information collected in connection with the giveaway will be handled in accordance with Denise Hopkins Fine Art’s privacy practices. A winner’s mailing address will be used for prize fulfillment.
